RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with EBIN New York! We always strive for customer satisfaction and want to make your visit with us an unforgettable experience.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your product. We will always work with you to coordinate a solution.
When you call or email for an exchange or refund, you will be issued an RMA #. Please include the RMA # in the postage or within the packaging.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 7 ~ 10 business days back to your original payment method. We will issue a refund after our product team inspects the item and finds it to be in its original, unused condition.
Online purchases returned will receive a refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment. Shipping costs cannot be returned and ineligible items included in the return package will not be credited. Shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and in its original, unused condition. You will be issued an exchange after the item has been reviewed by our product team. Shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
