Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Hackensack, NJ. The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining our recently acquired brand's identity, reputation, and market presence. Brand Manager plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining a strong, positive brand image, which can significantly impact the EBIN's success and customer loyalty.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy: Developing a clear brand strategy and vision, including defining the brand's values, mission, and goals.
  2. Market Research: Conducting research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors to refine brand strategies.
  3. Brand Positioning: Identifying the unique selling points of the brand and positioning it effectively in the beauty market.
  4. Brand Identity: Managing the visual elements of the brand, including logos, design, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
  5. Marketing Campaigns: Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote the brand, including advertising, digital marketing, and social media.
  6. Public Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with the media, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance our brand's image.
  7. Brand Monitoring: Monitoring brand performance, customer feedback, and market perception to make necessary adjustments.
  8. Brand Guidelines: Creating and enforcing brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all communication channels.
  9. Team Leadership: Leading a team of marketing professionals, designers, and others to execute brand strategies.
  10. Performance Analysis: Measuring the success and effectiveness of brand strategies and making data-driven decisions for improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 4~6 years of experience in marketing and or e-commerce 
  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Beauty, Fashion or wellness industry experience is a plus.
