ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and beauty-savvy individual to join our team as a Content & Influencer Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will lead influencer collaborations, livestream initiatives, and community-building efforts to grow our brand presence across key digital platforms.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Identify and engage with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations
•    Develop and manage influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
•    Maintain strong relationships with creators and coordinate content deliverables
•    Plan and execute social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other channels
•    Host and participate in TikTok Live streams to demonstrate products and engage with the audience
•    Support activity on TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connect, and other emerging platforms.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

●    Create, produce, and publish captivating and entertaining content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
●    Combine a deep understanding of the target customer and brand positioning with engaging content.
●    Closely collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop and maintain monthly content calendar focusing on continually strengthening engagement
●    Engage with our social media community members daily, acting as the voice of the brand with a deep understanding of the customer and resolving any customer service issues that may arise.
●    Storytelling through compelling content that drives high-value engagement from the audience and grows followers.
●    Engage 1 on 1 with the community to generate brand love and loyalty.
●    This role requires a brand publisher mindset: to create the content our audience is 
looking for (reels, video, carousel, still imagery) and then to optimize the path to conversion (sales).
●    Be a product expert – study product sheets, ingredients, and various application techniques and work with members of product and marketing to answer any product/application questions
●    Idealize, manage, and coordinate the creation of content for all our social media platforms.
●    Consistently monitor & report on community health metrics, and create weekly content reports showcasing the performance of priority social channels with Marketing Manager
●    Stay up to date on trends both in the beauty space and digital space and report out findings to the social team
●    Identify new opportunities for community engagement & growth across social channels
●    Find & flag user-generated content (UGC) for re-posting purposes
●    Gather, summarize, and share product feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
●    Manage giveaway process
●    Work closely with marketing team to ensure the team meets engagement and acquisition goals

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

●    2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships 
●    Must be familiar with Canva, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon Creator Connect, and influencer outreach tools.
●    Passion for skincare, especially K-beauty, and a strong understanding of current beauty trends
●    Confident and comfortable being on camera for live content
●    Creative & analytical thinker: you are both right-brained and left-brained with the ability to think big picture and dig into the data to solve problems.
●    Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to identify actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
●    Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to get your point across in a succinct and professional manner.
●    Self-motivated, highly organized & comfortable managing multiple work streams at once with high attention to detail. 
●    You thrive in fast-paced environments. 
●    Strong desire to join a disruptive high-growth consumer brand & pursue a career in marketing.   
●    Must have experience in content creation and content batching.
●    Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.       
●    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
