ROLE OVERVIEW

The National Retail Sales Manager at EBIN NEW YORK is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate revenue goals across national accounts. This role involves leading the sales team, building relationships with key accounts, and ensuring successful market execution. The National Retail Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving company growth and expanding the brand's market presence.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue objectives across national accounts.
● Lead, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, brokers, and large retail accounts.
● Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new
opportunities for growth.
● Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
● Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and develop action plans to address
underperformance or capitalize on opportunities.
● Negotiate terms and agreements with major accounts to drive business growth.
● Ensure the successful execution of marketing and promotional activities at the account level.
● Visit key accounts and markets regularly to ensure alignment with brand initiatives and provide field support.
● Present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior leadership.
● Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for the national sales team.
● Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
● Develops and implements long-term strategies aligned with corporate goals.
● Effectively communicates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
● Proactively addresses challenges and develops solutions that drive business results.
● Builds and maintains strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
● Adjusts strategies and tactics in response to changing market conditions.
● Effectively negotiates contracts and agreements to benefit the organization.
● Utilizes data to inform decisions and drive business strategy.
● Prioritizes tasks and manages multiple projects to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
● Other duties as assigned.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    ● 3 or more years of experience in national sales management, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry, is preferred, not required.
    ● Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and exceeding revenue targets.
    ● Strong understanding of the retail and distribution landscape.
    ● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales analysis tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen).
    ● Ability to travel nationally to visit key accounts and attend industry events.
