ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Planning Manager at EBIN New York is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to optimize revenue growth and market presence. This role involves analyzing market trends and sales data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the sales forecasting process to support informed decision-making and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
● Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.
● Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
● Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
● Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
● Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
● Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
● Experience: 3 or more years of experience in sales planning, analysis, or a related role within the beauty or consumer goods industry is preferred, but not required.
● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and use Excel functions for forecasting and sales reporting.
● Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
● Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs.
● Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as data analysis tools.
● Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on results.
