ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Strategy Manager is a key in-house leader responsible for boosting EBIN’s sales performance through strategic insight and data-driven planning. This role analyzes brand performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and develop impactful strategies. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—capable of turning insights into actionable plans that enhance sales effectiveness, optimize pricing, and refine go-to-market strategies across channels.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

●    Lead the development and execution of sales strategies focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
●    Analyze sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to assess brand performance.
●    Identify key growth drivers and develop strategic sales initiatives that align with business goals.
●    Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify market shifts, emerging opportunities, and risks.
●    Drive advanced sales forecasting and demand planning to support resource allocation and decision-making.
●    Propose innovative, data-driven solutions to address structural challenges in current sales models.
●    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, adjusting plans based on performance metrics and ROI analysis.
●    Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies and annual sales plans.
●    Present strategic reports, proposals, and insights to the Sales VP and executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

●    A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
●    5+ years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, or corporate strategy.
●    Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
●    Proven ability to design and execute strategies that deliver measurable growth.
●    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business actions.
●    Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
●    Strong communication and presentation skills.
●    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
●    Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic business environment.
●    Proven experience in the Beauty industry is preferred.
●    Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
●    Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
